Carl Mathis captured the intersect of conscious business development and the impact of “moral” construct.  This book provides the ability to analyze daily business issues within an exemplary support format.  Understanding the “formula to success,” Mathis allows one to consider alternative opportunities in developing one’s business direction.  For example, the use of Dr. Charles Stanely’s “faith barriers (p.6)” that shows how internal anxieties can prevent one from their full potential.  Dr. Stanley’s guidance of “moral” construct copulates the opportunity to be informed of how to consider institutional outcomes.

While enhancing thought of finding the divine through meditative practices,(p.114), self-ideological formations, for example, is added discussion on how meditation will allow you to understand your purpose (p. 141).

In Chapter 7, for example, the title “Your Attitude Determines Altitude” examples how internal skills can produce external awareness towards success.  Mathis connects how to win over defeated mindset, thus allowing one to free oneself from disabling practices.  I highly recommend this useful read that encourages, enhances, and embraces motivational methods.
