Carl Mathis captured the intersect of conscious business development and the impact of “moral” construct.  This book provides the ability to analyze daily business issues within an exemplary support format.  Understanding the “formula to success,” Mathis allows one to consider alternative opportunities in developing one’s business direction.  For example, the use of Dr. Charles Stanely’s “faith barriers (p.6)” that shows how internal anxieties can prevent one from their full potential.  Dr. Stanley’s guidance of “moral” construct copulates the opportunity to be informed of how to consider institutional outcomes.

While enhancing thought of finding the divine through meditative practices,(p.114), self-ideological formations, for example, is added discussion on how meditation will allow you to understand your purpose (p. 141).

In Chapter 7, for example, the title “Your Attitude Determines Altitude” examples how internal skills can produce external awareness towards success.  Mathis connects how to win over defeated mindset, thus allowing one to free oneself from disabling practices.  I highly recommend this useful read that encourages, enhances, and embraces motivational methods.

Thinking, Thinking! Thinking!

Thinking, Thinking! Thinking! There are two types of thinking.  We have to understand the difference between negative thinking and positive thinking in order to attract positive life changes.

Negative thinking is when people tend to find the worst in everything, while positive thinking is when people focus on the good and expect the best. Positive thinkers cope better with stress which in turn gives them good health and a much better life whereas negative thinkers only feel worse, and this feeling brings low or no self-confidence and confusion.

BELOW ARE 5 PRACTICAL WAYS TO CHANGE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND ATTRACT POSITIVE CHANGES IN LIFE

* START THE DAY RIGHT
Invest a small amount of your morning to create a mindset of resilience and optimism as this will prepare you for the day. Tony Robbins said: "80 percent of success is due to psychology - mindset, emotions, and beliefs - and only 20 percent is due to mechanics." So start the day right and keep your mind on things that bring you joy and fulfillment.

* BE SOLUTION-FOCUSED, NOT PROBLEM-CENTERED
A positive attitude doesn't mean ignoring or repressing life's anxieties and troubles. It involves seeing things as they are, visualizing how they might become better, and then taking action to make them so; rather than seeing things negatively from the start, expecting things to get worse and barely summoning the energy to prevent a disastrous outcome.

* FIND ANY IMPROVEMENT TO THE CURRENT SITUATION
Focus on success, get used to looking for improvements in the current situation as a solution, regardless of its size. For example, half a pound loss may seem weak when your goal is 50 pounds, but this is a step in the right direction.

* CONJURE UP AN INNER COACH
Many of us are more confident and work better when someone encourages us. A successful person is self-conscious and responsible to him or her self. One way to strengthen these traits is to conjure a coach in your mind. Remember that person that inspired you when faced with a scary task? Ask yourself, "What would this person do if he or she is faced with this task?" This would undoubtedly help you continue trying until you overcome the fear or obstacle.

* GIVE YOURSELF DAILY "DONE WELLS"
Take a few moments every day to ask the question, "What have I done well today?" This simple thought reinforces reassurance on a daily basis. In turn, the positive feedback that you give yourself eventually helps you to develop courage and self-confidence, which are extremely important for success.

Being consistent with these tips will help ensure  that you will have a life filled with positive thoughts and positive outcomes.
