In life we all want to win at SOMETHING. Maybe for you it is reaching a certain goal on a
game or achieving a personal weight goal. For others it might be something dealing with
your business or your life as an entrepreneur. Regardless of what your thing might be, the
book THINK LIKE A WINNER (Act Like You Won) is sure to inspire
you and remind you of the importance of not giving up on yourself.

Sharing some of his own personal experiences as well as those by notables from around

the world, author Carl Mathis lays out in this book ways we can not just better identify the
things (and people) that might be holding us back but also what we can do to deal with the
problems we have and move forward. One of the biggest things that Carl deals with in the
book is the importance of patience and being in it for the long-term. Again this applies
to whatever your thing might be. Don't allow your lack of patience to stop you from winning.
And more importantly don't forget about the importance of seeing yourself where you want to
be. This will help you make it real for yourself and energize you as you move forward.

Will everyday be easy? No. Will you feel like giving up? Of course! But Carl reminds the

reader of this: "Some people do nothing with their God-given talents and instead try to be
something they're not because it's safer and less risky. Living your best life is about facing
your fears and taking risks..." If we can do that then not only will we be able to win, we'll
realize that mentally we have already won!
