Make a list of
thing you love to do.
A couple of questions
to ask yourself are:
- What does your ideal day look
like?
- Who are you spending it with?
- What are you doing?
- When have you been happiest in
your life?
- What makes you feel really
alive and invigorated?
Take a pen and a piece
of paper and write down everything that comes to mind. Even if it’s something
really small, like “reading a good book” or “working on the house” or something
big like “travelling around the world”.
The purpose is to make
the list as long as possible. I suggest thinking of 101 things if you can.
After you’re done, go through your list and mark the things that are your favorite. This way you will be able to narrow it
down to the things you really love to do and you won’t leave out anything.
